The Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework has 69 consultants across 13 professional services lots. Successful companies were awarded a place on the framework following a robust procurement exercise which evaluated suppliers on their technical competence, price and commitment to social value.

Testimony to its excellent reputation as a leading framework, we received a substantial number of high quality bids. The bids were evaluated as follows and the process included model answers, dual marking and moderation for all questions:

The Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework has lots covering a wide range of professional services, these include Employers Agents; Engineers; Building Surveyors; Architects; Clerk of Works; Purchasers Agents; Principal Designer; Planning Consultants, Site Investigation Services, M&E Engineer and Retrofit Consultants. There are  also 2 some combined lots for Employers Agents and Principal Designers and Architects and Principal Designers.

There are 2 geographic regions per each professional services lot; North West and North East.
