We work for clients nationally, but have an established track record across the North West, Yorkshire and North East in particular. We are currently advising a wide range of clients on residential-led schemes, including registered providers, contractors, national and regional housebuilders, Homes England, local authorities, strategic land promoters and landowners. What sets us apart is our knowledge and experience of securing of government funding streams for public sector partners and our links with Homes England, borne out of our co-founding Directors previous senior roles at the organisation.
