We are a leading North West based Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice located in the heart of Manchester. Established in 1988, Partners Nick Abbott, Ian Bryning and Neil Stones have worked together for over 25 years and are proud recipients of over 75 Regional and National awards which recognize our involvement in a wide range of construction projects. In addition to our role as Quantity Surveyor, we undertake Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer duties under the Innovation Chain North Framework.
We specialize in residential and large scale community regeneration projects ranging from private city centre apartment schemes to affordable housing schemes and specialist housing projects such as Extra Care, Care Homes and Dementia care units.
