DK-Architects

For over three decades, DK-Architects has built a reputation, and gained many awards for designing and delivering successful and sustainable buildings, spaces and places. We work across many sectors including commercial, cultural, housing, health, leisure, masterplanning and urban regeneration, but have an expertise in residential architecture – which accounts for approximately 80% of our turnover and work.

DK-Architects have extensive experience working with social housing providers from the earliest days of the practice working with housing co-ops across all types of residential developments through to recent work masterplanning and delivering large scale regeneration areas.  We also have great experience in the delivery of specialist housing such as older person and supported housing.

Our work has been recognised through numerous awards, both locally and nationally; but more importantly has been recognised by our clients and end-users as creating something special for them. A large proportion of our work is from repeat client instructions, and we work hard to ensure that our services is exemplary.
