Our experience within the housing sector is very wide ranging, extending from strategic roles to the capital delivery of projects across all tenures. At a strategic level, we have delivered masterplans and complex multi-use schemes in partnership with key stakeholders. At a capital delivery level, we have supported the delivery of projects ranging from £250,000 to £35m in the roles of Development Manager, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent.
These projects include housing schemes from 1 unit to several hundred units; for Registered Providers, Local Councils and Charities; for rent, shared ownership, private rent and open market sale. Our Development Management expertise and commercial understanding from working in other sectors has allowed us to develop viable and deliverable masterplans with local authorities including leisure led schemes, major housing projects and city centre regeneration initiatives.
