Client membership of Innovation Chain North (ICN) is open to those who will seek to deliver new homes and associated social infrastructure schemes within the North of England.
To be eligible to join ICN, you must be a social housing provider registered with the Regulator of Social Housing. Subsidiaries of the social housing provider are also eligible to use the framework once the parent company has joined.
