Their initial projects for West Lancashire Borough Council began in the summer of 2020, with Eskbank completed in September 2021, Fairstead in November 2021, and Brierfield in February 2022. Two additional schemes at Northfield, Skelmersdale, and Halton Castle, Westhead, are set to complete in mid-2022, collectively delivering 81 new homes for the local community.
Currently, Tawd Valley Developments is undertaking their most substantial and challenging project yet in Fairlie, Skelmersdale, where they plan to provide 50 new affordable tenure homes. Construction commenced in June 2022, and the project is expected to be completed in June 2024, further contributing to their commitment to enhancing housing opportunities in West Lancashire.
