Seddon Housing Partnerships has been providing new housing and improving homes for people across the North West and Midlands for more than 120-years. To support our clients, we have a network of regional delivery offices and resource in Bolton, Warrington, Birmingham and Stoke on Trent.

Our Planning, design and operational teams, supported by a 270 strong in-house trades, bring extensive knowledge and experience in delivering housing developments. This includes full development from initial feasibility studies through planning, sales acquisition and coordination of design and construction of a scheme, to sales marketing and aftercare. We have worked under a variety of procurement routes, including framework agreements, traditional contracts, design and build and developments.

 

In the last three-years, we have built circa 1,350 new homes and apartments and are currently on site with 500 with 1,000 pending start. Through a mixture of tenures, including housing for sale, shared ownership, market rent and PRS, our expertise spans:
