This development has provided 2 and 3 bedroom houses to the rural village of Ashton Hayes, Chester. Seddon Construction built extremely high quality homes, recording a low number of defects over the course of the defect liability period. Throughout the development Seddon maintained a good relationship with the parish council and the local community, offering a talk day with a local primary school.
Considering the length of time taken to achieve planning permission with many local objections against it, the development was a success, with new residents settling in nicely into their new home, as well as Equity Housing Group maintaining a good relationship with the parish council.
