The Vistry Group was created in January 2020 following the successful merger between Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Galliford Try Partnerships. The Vistry Group immediately became one of the top five housebuilders in the UK by volume, with the capacity to deliver more than 12,000 homes per year. This in turn creates fantastic opportunities for our people, our customers, our clients and our subcontractors. Our partnerships division was rebranded as Vistry Partnerships, and as a hybrid business we have expertise as both a contractor and as housebuilder through our use of both the Linden Homes and Bovis Homes sales brands, specialising in large scale regeneration projects and delivering high quality extra care.  We harness national expertise with locally based business platforms and our employees are passionate and accountable for the local knowledge that they bring to each project. This skill and enthusiasm to deliver sustainable communities will be delivered through our apprenticeship programme and the use of local businesses as part of our supply chain.

In addition, we are one of Homes England’s primary private sector partners and are in frameworks with over 60 Registered Providers.
