Termrim Construction Limited is a privately owned main contractor specialising in building new D&B contracts in the housing and care sectors, for over forty years. We are an award-winning construction company, with a track record of successfully delivering multi million-pound projects across the North of England.
Our core geographic contracting experience covers all areas of Yorkshire and the North West. We build mixed tenure houses and apartments in the residential sector and in the care sector we build, care homes, extra care and care villages. We have a diverse client base, which includes registered providers, housing associations, local authorities and charities.
Our contracts are secured through a mix of tendered, direct selection and land led contracts. We are appointed on key national and regional Frameworks and we have long standing partnerships with many clients spanning over twenty years.
We employ experienced construction management teams and supply chains, that operate collaboratively to deliver our clients schemes. We also have a track record of working with our clients on sales led schemes, where we assist in the management of the sales and marketing function. We also have a track record of taking land led schemes to clients and appraising land for future development.
