S&I Groundworks are a leading subcontractor for the installation of residential groundworks. Our core business is providing foundations, infrastructure, estate roads & sewers, and associated works. Our clients range from large blue chip national house builders such as Persimmon Homes and Barratt Homes, to small private companies, with developments ranging from 10-300 unit sites.
As we don’t get involved in superstructure works this allows us to concentrate on what we know, the groundworks.
The company was established 7 years ago and employees over 300 site operatives and bricklayers with an annual turnover around £35m
