Karmo Ltd are a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor operating from our head office in Ashton Under Lyne, Greater Manchester. Trading for over 14 years, our clients range from Housing Associations for our Principal Contracting Division to blue chip organisations including Royal Mail and Emcor for our Sub-contracting, Trade and Reactive Maintenance Teams. Whilst we have delivered schemes across the North West, we work transparently and will keep our promises by only taking on what we can deliver. Our core coverage is for Greater Manchester but we are also positioned well for projects across North Cheshire, North Derbyshire and South/Central Lancashire. Residential schemes including new build are a core specialism including experience as Principal Contractor.

However, as an agile SME with low overheads, we also have a competitive edge for schemes of 20 dwellings or less. We can therefore offer options for value engineering, environmental and social value initiatives on every scheme. We also have a significant depth of knowledge and experience in groundworks and excavation. With a breadth of skills and experience, we can therefore maintain quality by delivering end-to-end schemes with minimal reliance on sub-contractors.
