Warmingham Lane is an MMC (timber frame) development consisting of 84 homes for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership (including detached, semi-detached and terraced houses, bungalows and cottage style apartments).
35 Affordable Rent houses and bungalows and 38 Shared Ownership houses were Homes England grant funded. 8 Affordable Rent apartments and 3 Shared Ownership houses fell under a S106 agreement (non-grant funded).
Key features include a pond, public open space, and a mix of different 2 and 3 bed house types, delivering much needed affordable homes in the area as set out by Cheshire East Housing Strategy 2018-2023.
