  4. Apprenticeships created or safeguarded – Provided two apprentice positions
  5. Work experience placements – Provided a school placement in administrative support
  6. Local community investment & supporting community organisations – Provided a pond for Buglawton Primary School as part of their garden design. Procured a defibrillator for the site which was available to the community during site hours
  7. Material and components fitted enhancing the scope – comply with employers requirements
  8. Other initiatives:
    1. Considerate constructors scheme – this project scored 40/45 Excellent
    2. Supporting charities –  Chosen charity for 2023 is Kinder Mountain Rescue. Our team have participated in a sprint triathlon along with various other activities and events to raise funds and to support the charity.
    3. Information and technology – John Southworth have invested in their technology; providing sites with iPads to capture more information electronically. This in turn has meant we can communicate more widley with all stakeholders.
