Original contractor was Mulberry who went into administration 5 months after start on-site, which was a difficult process to navigate. Through the ICN Framework Casey were appointed as contractor who have completed the job to an excellent standard.

Difficulty getting services on to site as a result of rogue cables not on plans in the ground.
Flooding to the site which has meant the road couldn’t go in until the end of the project.
Delays faced by the council as a result of s38 agreement.
