In partnership with John Southworth Builders, this scheme delivered 25 new affordable homes in total, split between Affordable Rent and Social Rent tenures. A mix of 2 and 3 bedroom homes of varying typology were delivered. In line with scheme objectives, the completed development successfully delivered an aesthetically pleasing scheme of high quality with minimal defects.
