SATPLAN was formed in 2012 by founding Director Shaun Taylor. We provide a bespoke land and planning consultancy service, ranging from preparing and submitting planning applications, development plan representations, planning appeals (including expert witness), project management, EIA co-ordination and site finding. Whilst we are based in the North West, we also have active projects across the Midlands and the South East of England.
SATPLAN is very experienced working with both private clients and Registered Providers. We have several active projects with Torus, Magenta, Halton Housing Trust, Jigsaw and Sovini.
